Features and uses:
CTM-A Series high temperatures creep and stress rupture testing machine is mainly designed for measuring the creep and permanence property of various metal and alloy materials under high temperature condition by equipping with SUNS high temperature furnace. CMT-A series apply high precise lever and lockable counterbalance weight which provide constant load via real time adjustment during the test and carry out automatic control by using PLC control system. With high accuracy, long-term reliability and excellent qualities, this model dedicate to creep testing under extremely high temperatures till stress to rupture and Fatigue compression test under constant loading by providing a choice of capacities from 1T/3T/5T/10T,and four modes: CMT104-A1, CMT304-A1/A2,CTM504-A1/A2,CTM105-A2

1. Fully automatic operation according to preset program.
2. Internet uses 485 bus,communication distance, high reliability, strong anti-interference ability
3. Lower grip is driven by ball screw and frequency modulation motor.
4. Automatic lever arm level adjustment motor is applied with PLC control and integral initiation, which provides level adjustment with stability and effectively prevents impact on specimen when motor starts.
5.With manual load and unloading function, can effectivey protect the machine and specimen at a sudden power off
6.Creep deformation measured by imported grating, good linearity, high resolution, anti-interference ability, long-term job stability
7.Indexable inserts apply to lever arm, the insert can be switched while it is damaged( only apply to two lever type)
8.Specific test software,can realize monitoring multiple testing machines simultaneously
Main functions for software: specimen registration, control of multiple testing machines, data acquisition, record, query, processing, export.
